This project was the complete refurbishment of a derelict B&Q building. The overall project encompassed a wide range of products including multiple staircases, multiple mezzanine floors, roof access ladders, bollards, an entire front façade and parapet, signage steelwork, pod pop up buildings, stainless steel bracing and decorative trim, galvanised loading bay building. This project had an extremely challenging programme, though every element was completed and handed over on time or before. A huge team effort was required to get this project over the line, and Gault Engineering we only happy to go above and beyond.
